Port Isaac Chorale
Port Isaac Chorale is a friendly community choir originating in the historic and beautiful Cornish fishing village of Port Isaac. Members come from the village and the surrounding area and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere which epitomises our weekly rehearsals. We sing a wide range of musical genres, from madrigals to choral music, modern classics to songs from the musicals.

Musical Director
It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to our founder and current Musical Director Janet Townsend MBE but we are pleased to welcome our new Musical Director as of September.

We are a non-audition choir with approximately 50 members. Whilst some members are themselves musicians, others have no previous experience of reading music or singing in a choir.
The choir rehearses at 7.30 pm every Tuesday evening, during term time, at St Endellion Church Hall PL29 3TP.

We had a fabulous year in 2025 and started 2026 by winning the Wadebridge Festival competition.

Port Isaac Chorale is pleased in 2025 to have raised £512.55 for Cancer Research UK, £395.00 for Cornwall Air Ambulance and £966.56 for Port Isaac RNLI.
We thank all of those who attended these concerts making these donations possible.
