Annual Summer Concert
St. Peter's Church, Port Isaac - Sunday 14th June at 4pm
Each year we hold a free summer concert at St. Peter's Church Port Isaac. The concert is always well attended and is a great event in our "home" village.
The concert is free but donations are requested for a charity that we are supporting. This year the concert will be in aid of the British Thyroid Foundation and all donations will be appreciated.
This is normally our "end of year" concert, where we an showcase the music we have been rehearsing during the past few months. After over 30 years this will be the last concert in Port Isaac of our current Musical Director Janet Townsend so it is sure to be good and provides a great opportunity to say thank you.
Previously the audience has been a nice mixture of supporters, locals and holiday makers and the concert is relaxed and great fun. You can see last years concert opposite.
We hope that if you are in Port Isaac that you will come and support us and the charity.
Rock raises for Cancer
Rock Hub - Thursday 26th November at 6pm
Rock Raises for Cancer was started as an idea in the Summer of 2023. A group of local residents, some of whom had been affected directly (and indirectly) by cancer or leukaemia, decided to hold a charity auction. This culminated at a gala social event held at The Point on
the 8th June 2024.
In the first year, the chosen recipients were Leukemia Aid, Breast Cancer Awareness, and the Children’s Hospice South-West
We are performing in support of Rock Raises for Cancer Research at the Rock Hub on Thursday 26th November at 6pm. Come along and support such an important cause and even hear some carols!
